We have refined the customization process to make it as streamlined as possible to provide each customer with a unique and exciting experience resulting in an engagement ring or jewelry piece that is special to their love story.
How It Works
Submit your Vision: Send us a photo or description of your idea, including any design modifications.
Confirm Your Order: Once confirmed, we initiate the design process (1-2 weeks)
Design Review: We'll send a CAD (computer aided design) drawing for approval prior to crafting the ring.
Final Approval: Receive photos of the completed piece for final approval before shipping.
Special Delivery: Once your piece arrives, share a photo of you wearing it—we love seeing & sharing in your joy!
The Details
When placing a custom order, it is important that we stay connected - please provide us with the best way to reach you. You can expect us to be in touch with your design and completion photos for you to confirm. If you do not respond to us, we will not be able to proceed with your ring until you confirm/approve. This may affect your timeline.
Due to the nature of custom designs - and your design being made specifically for you, this means we cannot accept returns unless for some reason there was a mistake made on our end which of course we will remedy.
Sterling silver pieces are non refundable and not exchangeable unless there is a mistake made by us which we will remedy.
The custom design timeline takes approximately 4-8 weeks depending on the scope of the design. We will keep you updated as your design progresses through each stage, and let you know if the production timeline is accelerated at that time. We do offer rush orders - please inquire with me about this service if this is something that you need.
